AVA Academy of Visual Arts
New website for prospect students at the Academy of Visual Art in Frankfurt
Modeled after the Bauhaus, the Academy of Visual Art Frankfurt has established itself from 1957 both nationally and internationally. In close cooperation with partners from culture and business, it has since been making a fundamental contribution to the growing importance of design.
Today AVA remains dedicated to the fundamental belief that students are central to the learning process, and the Academy itself is committed to providing the necessary space, time, tools, and support to shape their own future.
In 2022 Parco started collaborating on their communication with the new website for prospect students.
Parco has worked on a new identity for this touchpoint to better show the school’s true energy and philosophy. Redesigning the identity achieved two goals: to reposition the school at the top of creative education and to prominently feature the latest work of its alumni as the main content.
Parco worked on new modular typefaces, with fluo colors and gradients to push power of the message with young and fresh vivacity. The main goal is to show the students who applied to the course, the potential of an experience at the Academy.
The font has multiple versions that use the base modules in order to get different moods out of the written letters. It is designed to be used on different campaigns and supports, both on social networks and on printed matters.
Parco Studio worked on a new content strategy and structure that could be easy to get for a young prospect student, but at the same time very complete and self explanatory.
